TB-500 corresponds to the actin-binding region of thymosin beta-4. What the literature describes is cytoskeletal: G-actin sequestration, cell migration, angiogenesis, largely in animal and in-vitro models of tissue injury. It acts where it is placed rather than through an endocrine cascade, and the published work reflects that.
HGH is recombinant somatropin — human growth hormone produced in expression systems, acting systemically and largely via IGF-1. Its clinical pharmacology has been characterised over decades in defined deficiency states, which is a different order of evidence from preclinical repair models rather than a larger amount of the same kind.
So the choice is between a local repair-signalling question and a systemic endocrine one. It is not a choice between a weaker and a stronger version of the same idea.
Units make the price columns only partly comparable. TB-500 is sold by mass; HGH in international units. The per-milligram cell for HGH is left empty rather than filled with a conversion that would flatter one side of the table.
