Every figure here is read from the catalogue when the page loads. Where a number is not documented — a purity specification we never published, a price per milligram for a vial sold in international units — the cell stays empty rather than being filled.
What you are actually choosing between
The size difference is the story. BPC-157 Complex is 15 amino acids. HGH is 191.
BPC-157 Complex is a short synthetic sequence based on a fragment of a protein present in gastric juice, studied in preclinical models of tendon, muscle, gut and vascular repair. The mechanisms reported there are local — new vessel formation, fibroblast migration, receptor expression — and the work is overwhelmingly animal and in-vitro. No quantity of rodent data substitutes for a human trial, and none of it is presented here as if it did.
HGH is recombinant somatropin: the complete human growth hormone produced in expression systems, acting systemically and largely through IGF-1, characterised clinically over decades in defined deficiency states.
So you are choosing between a small molecule with a narrow, local, preclinical evidence base and a full hormone with a broad, systemic, clinical one. That is a difference in kind rather than a difference in strength, and the table above deliberately does not rank them.
Units differ too, which is why the price-per-milligram column carries a figure for one and a dash for the other. HGH is sold in international units and cannot be divided into milligrams without inventing a conversion, so the cell stays empty.
Both are lyophilised and stored at 2–8 °C. Reconstituted, BPC-157 Complex holds 30 days refrigerated and HGH 21. Both are supplied for laboratory research only.
