What we collect
Order details (contact, delivery address, items), payment confirmations (not raw card numbers — those stay with our PCI-compliant processor), and basic analytics on how pages are used. Nothing else unless you send it to us.
Why we collect it
To fulfil your order, ship it, send the batch certificate of analysis, answer support requests, and improve the catalogue. We do not build advertising profiles.
Where data lives
All primary records are stored on EU-hosted infrastructure. Payments are processed by regulated EU providers. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA except where explicitly required for shipping.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years to meet tax and import regulations. Marketing contacts can be removed at any time. Support conversations are archived for two years.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing admin@peptyds.com. We respond within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies for cart state and performance. No third-party advertising cookies. You can clear them from your browser at any time without affecting order history.
Buyer Verification and Attestation Data
When you create an account and make a purchase, we collect and process your age verification and intended-use attestation through ComplyRUO (complyruo.com). This data is stored in a tamper-evident ledger for compliance purposes. The legal basis for this processing is legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interest in operating a compliant research supply business (Art. 6(1)(f)). Attestation records are retained for 7 years in accordance with Dutch commercial record-keeping requirements (Burgerlijk Wetboek art. 2:10). You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting admin@peptyds.com.
