CJC-1295 No DAC — often written as modified GRF (1-29) — is a GHRH analogue without the drug-affinity complex, which is what "No DAC" records. Removing DAC removes the albumin-binding tail and with it the multi-day half-life; the unmodified molecule clears in minutes, and the published pharmacology describes a pulsatile signal rather than a sustained one. That distinction is routinely lost in how these compounds are written about elsewhere, and it is the reason the two versions are not interchangeable.

Adding ipamorelin adds a second, different upstream input: a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist rather than a GHRH one. The blend therefore addresses two receptor families from one vial. The single compound addresses one, and every reference behind it describes that one.
