Verkoopkader
Peptyds-producten worden verkocht voor persoonlijk gebruik door volwassenen in jurisdicties waar dat is toegestaan. Het zijn geen geneesmiddelen en ze zijn niet bedoeld om een ziekte te diagnosticeren, behandelen, genezen of voorkomen. Overweeg je klinisch gebruik, raadpleeg dan eerst een gekwalificeerde zorgverlener.
Bestellen en prijzen
Prijzen staan in euro's en zijn inclusief de toepasselijke EU-btw bij het afrekenen. We behouden ons het recht voor om prijsfouten vóór verzending te corrigeren. Een bestelling komt tot stand zodra we deze per e-mail bevestigen, niet op het moment dat de knop wordt aangeklikt.
Betaling
Betalingen worden verwerkt door gereguleerde EU-providers. Kaartgegevens worden nooit op Peptyds-servers opgeslagen. SEPA, Apple Pay en Klarna zijn beschikbaar waar ondersteund.
Verzending & levering
We verzenden getrackte, getekende en temperatuurbewaakte pakketten door de hele EU. Transittijden zijn indicatief. Het risico gaat over op jou bij overdracht door de vervoerder op het bezorgadres.
Intellectueel eigendom
Alle site-inhoud, fotografie, typografie en productteksten zijn eigendom van Peptyds B.V. tenzij anders vermeld. Citeren en linken mag, mits met bronvermelding.
Beperkte aansprakelijkheid
Voor zover toegestaan door de wet is onze totale aansprakelijkheid per bestelling beperkt tot het bedrag dat je voor die bestelling hebt betaald. Niets in deze voorwaarden beperkt de rechten die je hebt onder het EU-consumentenrecht.
Toepasselijk recht
Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen vallen onder de exclusieve bevoegdheid van de Nederlandse rechter, zonder dat consumentenrechten onder het recht van je woonland worden beperkt.
Research Use Only
All products sold by Peptyds B.V. are supplied exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic use, or any other purpose outside of qualified laboratory research.
Buyer Qualification
By purchasing, you confirm that you are: (a) 21 years of age or older; (b) a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional purchasing for in vitro or laboratory use only; (c) compliant with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding the purchase and use of research chemicals. Peptyds B.V. reserves the right to refuse any order that does not meet these criteria.
Buyer Attestation
Prior to purchase, buyers are required to complete a verified intended-use attestation. This attestation is recorded in a tamper-evident ledger operated by ComplyRUO. By completing the attestation, you acknowledge the research-only nature of the compounds and accept full responsibility for their lawful use.
No Therapeutic Claims
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, a therapeutic claim, or a recommendation for human use. Compounds are described based on published preclinical and in vitro research literature only. Statements have not been evaluated by the European Medicines Agency or any other regulatory body.
Jurisdictional Compliance
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that the purchase, import, and use of any compound complies with the laws of their country. Peptyds B.V. makes no representations regarding the legal status of any compound in any jurisdiction outside the Netherlands.
Withdrawal Right Exception
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. All peptide vials fall within this exception once the cold-chain seal has been broken.
